Lexus serpentine belt

The serpentine belt on my LS400 looks like it has some small cracks, probably due to the heat, lack of driving and just old age. The car has nearly 111k on it, supposedly the 90k timing belt change was done. However, wouldn’t you think to replace the main serpentine belt at the same time? I doubt this belt has been changed only 20k miles ago…

While searching for a replacement serpentine belt, I came across this random PDF doc that lists (every) 1990-2007 Lexus along with the serpentine belt #. List includes LS400/LS430, GS400/GS300, SC300/SC400, RX330, LX470, ES300, etc.
